Conditions of delivery

  1. Unless agreed we decide which courier to be used in delivery.
  2. On request we can arrange the delivery by Australia post and it  may cost more than the standard delivery fee. The advantage of Australia post is that if you are not there you can pick up the item from the post office. If a P.O. Box address is given you will be charged the Australia post rate we have specified.
  3. We need a signature from the recipient on delivery, so it cannot be left on your door step or any other place.
  4. Couriers cannot ring you before delivery. (They are doing a hard job for around $2 fee for each delivery, Cost of telephone calls and having to re-deliver is not an option without additional cost.) (Average break down of Packing and delivery fee is $2 for packing, $2 for the pick up driver, $2 for the courier company which organises the transport between cities, and $2 for the delivery driver, $3 to cover registered post or insurance by courier )
  5. Delivery charge include Postage or Courier fee, and labour charge for packing, material for packing and insurance cost to cover lost items. So it is NOT just the fees paid at the post office or the courier.
  6. Items more than $100 in value will need delivery insurance (Delivery insurance rate is 1% as at 30 Nov 2006 )
