Delivery
Q. My delivery address is a P.O. box or a business address. Can I pay by Credit card.
A. No, You need to select another method of payment. Then we can deliver to any address
Q. I may not be at the shipping/delivery address at all times. Can the courier people ring before coming.
A. No, If you are not there all the time during normal business hours, then ask for delivery by Australia post. Then you can collect the item later from the post office. But delivery will be charged extra.
Q How about a Saturday delivery?
A. Delivery date will depend on the courier company, It is not possible to arrange a specific date.
Q. Can you deliver between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday
A. Delivery will depend on the courier driver and will be between 9.00 - 5.00 pm on average If you need we can arrange delivery by Aus post where you can collect from post office, But that may cost extra. Visit delivery charges page for more information.
We do not encourage international orders as the cost of shipping may be very high. All orders has to be prepaid by bank draft or similar method. No Credit card payment for international orders
