Intel® Pentium Dual Core E series processors are based on award winning Core™2 Duo processors. They will provide enhanced performance and energy-efficiency to mainstream desktop computing.  Even though the speed in MHz is less than  the older Pentium 4 3.6GHz shown in the graphs, you can see it perform twice as fast as the old Pentium 4 processor. So all is not in the MHz. Also they are twice as energy efficient, compared to older Pentium 4 processors. Pentium Dual Core Exxx series provides great value for money and you will not be disappointed with the performance.
