Notes:
* Items not collected within 21 days will be discarded or dispensed to recover the
cost of repair
* We may refund cost of parts when brought back in original
condition, including all the accessories and packing. within one day from the original
date of agreement for the supply of such items. Labour charges will not be refunded under
any circumstances.
*There are extra charges for brand name machines, Pentium 300Mhz and slower
computers, due to extra time taken and the incompatibilities.
* You have to make sure all data is backed up before bringing for repairs. (Extra charge of $60 per 10gig or part thereof will apply if you need us the backup your data)
* You have to provide all software disks with serial numbers, driver disks required as well as any other documentation and user manuals.
**Windows may have to be reinstalled in addition
++ Name brand computers include IBM Aptiva,
Compaq, PackardBell, HP and other major brand names.
Reason for extra charges for brand name computers is to cover the cost of any damage to
proprietary parts they use while under our care. (For example a power supply for a brand
name machine can cost up to $300 when a generic power supply is only $ 30- 60)
